*Hazardous Materials:

Orders containing hazardous materials (included, but not limited to, batteries, CO2 cartridges, paint, cleaning chemicals, flares, butane, and propane) do not qualify for free shipping and are available for in-store pick-up only. Oversized items which exceed standard shipping dimensions and weights require freight carrier shipping, and do not qualify for free shipping. If your order qualifies for free shipping, but contains an item which does not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged the shipping cost for these ineligible items.

Oversized items which exceed standard shipping dimensions and weights require freight carrier shipping, and require additional shipping fees to be determined based on the weight and dimensions of the item in question.

While we will make every effort to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product or service, to remove any materials listed on this Site and to change pricing, terms, specifications and warranties at any time without notice. Product prices offered on this site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets or distribution channels. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. dollars, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. Oversized items may be subject to additional freight charges. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Also, please note that some of the Products displayed on this site or in our catalog, including any sale or discontinued items, may or may not be available in our store and vice versa. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us immediately.


How to Return an Item:

  1. Repack the product in the original packaging and place inside a box suitable for shipping with all the original enclosures, parts, and accessories and the original invoice.
  2. Return it to us postage pre-paid (we do not accept C.O.D.), with the appropriate insurance. Label: ATTENTION RETURNS. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by the sales receipt. We will not accept the return of any used, scratched, dented, soiled or damaged items. The items must be in their original packaging with all component parts, literature and warranty cards. Stock items, the condition of which cannot be determined solely by visual inspection such as inverters and electronics, may require evaluation by the vendor prior to Fawcett Boat Supplies issuing a refund or replacement. We will not accept the return of clothing if the manufacturer’s tags have been removed. If clothing does not fit properly, we will gladly exchange the garment or accept a return provided the tags have not been removed. Note: swimsuits and underwear are not returnable. Once we have received your return we will inspect it to make sure it meets all the criteria for return. If it is accepted we will issue you a refund for the applicable amount (less shipping and restocking fees, if applicable). Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles from when we issue a credit before it appears on your statement.

Non-Returnable Products:

we will gladly repair or replace the item. We will not accept the return of any item that is not in its original packaging with all manuals, original packing material and warranty cards in place.

Special Order Returns:

Because of the lead-time required for delivery of special order items, we will inform you when you place your order that you have ordered a special order item and inform you that the return of the special order item is subject to the manufacturer’s return policies. Many special order items are non-returnable and those that are returnable may carry restocking charges.


While we do our best to promptly credit your account for returns, items that are not in condition for immediate resale (i.e. open boxes) will be subject to manufacturer inspection prior to issuing you a credit. Marine Electronic and Electrical items that are returned for credit are always subject to inspection by the manufacturer and/or distributor prior to credit being issued for the return. Because the inspection process takes time, please allow 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your return for us to credit your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. If you received free shipping on your order, any refund for returned products will be reduced by the original cost of shipping those items, as calculated by our shipping system. After 30 days, all sales are final. Should you experience a problem with any product purchased from us after 30 days, we will gladly assist you with any applicable warranty claims with the manufacturer. Claims: All items purchased from dfashionboutique.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are unable to initiate claims for goods damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to initiate claims for orders damaged during shipment. All claims must be placed with the carrier within five days of your delivery date. Please open packages immediately. Retain all damaged packaging for inspection by the carrier.

Drop-Shipped Orders:

We will notify you by email if your order is being drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Please open package upon receipt, inspect for damage and report any damage to us within 24 hours.


We will tell you honestly what to expect, rather than disappoint you with broken promises and failed delivery. Given the nature of the Marine Industry, it is impossible for any vendor or manufacturer to maintain a 100% fill rate. Most of the products available in our catalog are readily available and ship promptly. If there is a backorder problem, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date.

International Orders:

You are responsible for any duty, VAT or other non-shipping charges incurred in the destination country. International duties and taxes are never included in the invoice for your order. If you refuse delivery of an international order, you will be responsible for any fees associated with your order being returned to us, and could be responsible for the duties and/or taxes even if the order is returned to us. We are never responsible for the freight cost associated with returning International orders, even in the event the item is unusable due to a manufacturing defect. All International orders placed directly may be subject to pre-payment via Wire Transfer at our discretion.


Product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for, incorrect photos or typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason.


We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on our Site. However, because the colors you see will depend, in large part, on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Correction of Errors:

While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any materials or other content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, to update content and Materials on our Site and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
